Is this dental insurance?
No. This is a membership plan — it’s simpler than insurance. There are no claims to file, no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no annual maximums. You pay $20/month and get immediate access to included benefits and discounted care.
Are there any contracts?
No contracts. You can cancel anytime by letting us know at the front desk. Autopay is required to keep your membership active, and there are no cancellation fees.
What if I already have insurance?
Our membership plan is designed for uninsured patients. If your insurance doesn’t cover much or you’ve maxed out your benefits for the year, this plan can be a great supplement to help you save on remaining treatment.
Are my fees locked in?
Yes. Your fee schedule is guaranteed for 12 months from the day you enroll. After that, fees may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice — but your monthly membership cost stays at $20/month.
What happens if I miss a cleaning?
If your membership ends for any reason while you’re in the middle of treatment, remaining fees revert to our standard (non-member) fee schedule. Member pricing is only available to active members.
Do you offer a family plan?
Each member enrolls individually. At $20/month per person, it’s very affordable for families — a family of four is just $80/month for complete preventive coverage and discounts on everything else.
What if I stop paying?
If your autopay lapses for 4 months, your membership is automatically terminated. To rejoin, a new activation fee of $200 is required.
